Post Licensing combines a wealth of information all agents need to know. The course provides lively and in depth training in the areas of lead generation, listing, pricing, marketing, new technology, working with buyers, showing homes, writing contracts, negotiating, agency, disclosure and many skill building techniques. The class is taught in four sessions from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for a total of 30 hours. A detailed workbook is provided.
